Orders to be placed at least 2 working days or more in advance. Balloon Printing Requires 18 days in advance.

Delivery Cost
- Islandwide Delivery cost $30/trip.
- FREE delivery with a net order* of $500 or more.
Delivery Surcharge:
- $35 delivery fee for order that falls below $30 (exclude delivery fee)
- $50 early/midnight delivery fee for orders between 5PM – 10AM.
Currently, we do not offer self-collection.

Failed Delivery – No Recipient
We strongly advise that you are certain someone will be around to receive the order. In the event of a missed delivery due to the absence of a recipient, please contact us to arrange for a redelivery**, which is chargeable at an additional $20.
Special Delivery Arrangement
Any personal arrangements, e.g. leaving the package with neighbour ; etc., will be allowed, however, we will not be responsible for any damage/loss to the delivered items.
Payment on Delivery
All payments must be made via PayNow, Paylah, Bank Transfer, Paypal, Debit or Credit Card when you check out your shopping cart.
